I've never had one in my life! Not even vegetarian ones. So how you cook 'em cos like someone I know complained about the skin? Do you eat it with or without? I dunno

You can grill them or fry them or even bake them. I prefer grilled as in barbeque lol The skin is edible, no problems

Ok, you can eat the skin, was worried it may choke. Amar, you need to post how you make your liverwurst sausage here I wonder if you can make fruit sausages ?

The casings can be cellulose (I think or another edible man-made material). Generally though, it is made of, uhm... intestines.. sorry - they have been properly washed and processed! Here is info on Fish sausages and even brief instructions - Fish SausageHere is the liverwurst recipe I am planning on using - I did read another that said that you can substitute calf or even lamb livers and meats if for what ever reason could not get pork livers or did not eat pork.
